This is the Mail I sent to TATA DOCOMO which i am giving here for your reference
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 22nd Jan 2010
at 11:45AM, I Got an SMS From 52250 saying "Thanks for downloading Wallpaper : BeautifulShruti_L on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-". I thought OK some problem in Network and I neglected it.
But Again at 11:50AM, I got SMS From 52250 saying "Thanks for downloading Wallpaper : Dynamic Shahid_CPD on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-". This time I Thought there is thing wrong going on. So I called Customer Care.
At 12:05PM, (Duration : 2:37) Customer Care representative told me to send an SMS DATA to 121 and hang up the phone before I am completing my conversation.
After this I saw on more SMS from 52250 saying "Thanks for downloading Wallpaper : Gorgeous Genelia_CPD on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-". (At 12:05PM)
At 12:08PM, (Duration : 20:52) I called Customer care again. He is keep on saying that you used your DIVE-IN, So they deducted that money from my account. But in the end, they took complaint about this issue. (Complaint No. GBL09092117 )
Now also at 12:18PM, I got one more SMS From 52250 saying "Thanks for downloading Wallpaper : BacklessBeaty55 on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-".
Now also at 12:18PM, I got one more SMS From 52250 saying "Thanks for downloading Wallpaper : BarRefaeli on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-".
Now also at 12:18PM, I got one more SMS From 52250 saying "Thanks for downloading Wallpaper : GlamorousCarlaossa1 on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 10.0/-".
For all the above 3 SMS, I am speaking with TATA Customer care (called at 12:08, Duration is 20 Minutes and 57 seconds).
Luckily I had just 66 Rs in amount at 9AM today, That why you have deducted 6 X 10 from account other i would have lost all my money. End balance remained at 6Rs. For this Proof SMS also sent to me.
From 9035155008, Saying "Your account does not have sufficient balance to make this call - TATA DOCOMO".
Another SMS also From 9030255008, Saying "Your account does not have sufficient balance to make this call - TATA DOCOMO".
On 23rd Jan 2010,
At 11:00AM, I Got call from the TATA Care, They told that you have been charged correctly. He is keep on saying that our record shows that you used dive in. He did not listen to what i am saying. He told me that he will me again.
At 11:10AM, I got a message saying that "We hope you are satisfied with the resolution provided for "GBL09092117"."
Here is my feedback on your so called resolution
1. Tata docomo is deducted money from account which is obviously can be seen by customer care persons. But my argument is I never used this so called DIVE-IN. No customer care person is ready to look into this issue in this angle.
2. The call to TATA Care is disconnected. I don't whether it is intentional or not.
3. The 23rd Jan 2010 call with Care, I am not at all satisfied with the call. The care persons is not at all listening to what i am saying.
4. Last 3 SMS, happened at the time of call. Atleast this you should consider for investigation.
Resolution:
To solve this problem you can do any one of the following
1. You really pay to investigate the issue and redebit or come with reason for the charges for which i have been charged without my knowledge.
This will help regain to customer faith.
2. You close this as you did as of now by neglecting this mail. This will effect an upcoming company in bad direction. Until this problem i never faced any problem with network or my GPRS connection which very very good. But now had my doubts on the management of DIVE-IN like charging customer even thought are not using the it. I thought of recommending/forcing to use TATA DOCOMO but I may have to think against it.
